SMS Terms & Conditions
Healthedly Insurance Services, LLC
Last Updated: August 2026
These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern SMS and MMS communications from Healthedly Insurance Services, LLC (“Healthedly,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Healthedly, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Consent to Receive SMS/Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to our SMS messaging program, you consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from Healthedly Insurance Services, LLC at the mobile number you provide.
Where permitted by applicable law and consistent with the consent you provide, messages may be sent using automated messaging technology.
Messages may include:
- Information about health and life insurance products and services
- Responses to inquiries
- Quote or plan information
- Enrollment reminders and updates
- Appointment or follow-up reminders
- Customer support communications
- Service-related notifications
- Promotional offers and marketing communications
- Other communications you have requested or consented to receive
Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with Healthedly, the products or services you request, enrollment activity, and the communications for which you have opted in.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
You are responsible for any messaging, data, or other charges imposed by your wireless carrier according to your mobile service plan.
Healthedly does not charge a separate fee solely for receiving messages through our SMS messaging program.
4. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS/text messages by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively providing consent through an available opt-in method, which may include:
- Completing an online form on healthedly.com
- Affirmatively selecting an SMS consent checkbox
- Providing written consent
- Using another applicable affirmative opt-in method offered by Healthedly
When SMS consent is collected through our Website, the SMS consent checkbox is not pre-checked or pre-selected. You must deliberately select the checkbox to provide consent to receive SMS/text messages.
Simply providing a telephone number does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing SMS messages where affirmative consent is required.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from Healthedly at any time by replying STOP to any SMS/text message you receive from us.
After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a one-time confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS/text messages will be sent through the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
You may also contact our customer service team regarding your communication preferences:
Email: support@healthedly.com
Phone: (855) 522-2201
Opting out of SMS communications does not necessarily opt you out of email, telephone, or other forms of communication for which you have separately provided consent or that are otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Our SMS messaging program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Message delivery may be affected by wireless carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, service interruptions, or other factors outside Healthedly’s control.
